WHAT IS A CONTEMPORARY DESIGNER?

If the fashion world had a dictionary, the definition for “contemporary” would
fall somewhere along the lines of "A designer aesthetic with a more accessible price point". Sitting below High-End, but above Fast Fashion on the price scale, an average piece from a contemporary designer averages out at around the $500 mark.

Contemporary labels provide you with designer-look pieces for a fraction of the price tag, constructed with everyday wear in mind. Contemporary Designers also strive for the superior quality and craftsmanship that is absent in Fast Fashion.

In the last few years, contemporary fashion has become one of the fashion industry's biggest areas in which people choose to spend their money.
